Eat Well,
Feel Well,
Be Well.
Eat Well,
Feel Well,
Be Well.
Eating foods that nourish your body is critical for good health but finding a healthy AND sustainable eating pattern can be challenging, especially in today's environment.
In addition, food should also be pleasurable. My philosophy is to find a lifestyle approach that will work for YOU and will help your body thrive, meet your health and nutritional goals, and be both enjoyable and sustainable.

Meet Elizabeth
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for almost 20 years, I have always believed that food is medicine and that a healthy diet leads to a healthy life. However, this belief became a passion when I experienced my own health issues to which western medicine had few answers. In my quest to heal, I studied integrative and functional nutrition and learned first hand how the diet impacts overall health and how specific foods can be healing or inflammatory.
I love working one-on-one with clients to find the best way to meet their health and nutritional goals. Whether your challenges include a specific dietary need or medical diagnosis or you just need help finding a healthier meal plan for your family, I can help. I have also worked extensively with women going through life transitions as these can be particularly challenging times and nutrition can make a big impact.
Besides being a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I also hold a Masters in Nutrition Science and have been awarded Certificates of Training from the Academy of American Dietetics in Integrative & Functional Nutrition as well as in Weight Management for Adults & Pediatrics.
I am a native Californian and live in San Carlos. My husband and I have three “almost” grown children and two dogs. I enjoy finding new recipes to cook and appreciate that my husband will try anything! I also love to be outside, whether that is seeking out a new hiking trail or just walking our dogs around town.
